negation
no positivity
stuck motionless
mural of ethnocentrism
narcissistic me-ism
artists and poets needed
to add crimson hearts
splashes of love
everywhere
Written for dVerse, the virtual pub for poets around the globe. Today Mish asks us to include the word “sketch” or a form of the word, in our Quadrille (a poem of exactly 44 words sans title).

There’s no doubt this monochromatic world has to go! A little “crimson” splash can go a long way, if we have the heart for it.

I feel it!! Love the way you formatted this to emphasize everything lacking. There is a definitely a dull grey palette that needs our help….if only they listened. I won’t stop trying if you won’t. 😉
