We are Present

One step at a time
through difficult uncertainty
we navigate ups and downs.

Watch as eagles soar,
stand in wonder at mountains
firmly rooted, standing tall.

Embrace this fullness of life,
a course to learn trust
no matter the challenge.

We live with the good news
blessed in His care,
every day to count.

Photo:  Bryce Canyon National Park – mountains extraordinaire. Dedicated to all those facing difficulties looming ahead. A reminder to live in the moment, thankful for every day.

Good morning, my conspiratorial coffee-consuming friend.
“Every day to count,” these blessed words I must say every hour this day to keep calm the substitute teacher.
Your whole writing piece is a generous union of beautiful thoughts.
And I adore Bryce Canyon. I remember visiting the Grand Canyon and thinking it was beautiful but when I visited Bryce Canyon my thoughts ‘amped’ to spectacular.

Ah, first cup beside me as I write. Sip, sip, savor. Fingers on the keyboard again 🙂

Glad you liked this one. Done for a friend facing so many challenges right now…. created as “found poetry” …. using words and phrases from a post of hers……Every day I realize how important it is to live in the moment.

Yes, one of my most absolute favorite, magical places in the world is Bryce Canyon. Same thing happened to me — I gasped when I saw the Grand Canyon….and then melted when I saw Bryce. Wonderful hiking there! Pictures don’t do it justice…..so glad we share a vivid memory of this place! 🙂

I hope your friend will be okay and gets through any challenges relatively unscathed.
Living in the moment is something we all need to be reminded of.
        Bryce almost like alien landscape-surreal.
