Plants green
bloom beautiful
dry themselves to seed.
Inside-out they sow themselves
to green and bloom again.
Written for Misky’s Twiglets. Two word prompt given this week, “inside” and “out” to spark a thought, a phrase, a poem. The shorter the better, hence the name twiglet. Photo: taken last year on the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston.

I do enjoy your twiglet prompts! 🙂 However did you come upon that word? Might I borrow it sometime for a dVerse prompt? I would of course give you credit.

I can’t honestly say; words just pop into my head sometimes, and of course, yes, you can use whenever you wish.

If you go to the link, Misky’s Twiglets, listed under the photo…you’ll get to her page. She offers a couple of words every Tuesday as “food for thought.” This is the 26th week she’s done it so it’s Twiglet #26. She has each one numbered on her site. So in reality, it’s week #26 for a Twiglet. I’ve not done them all…..sometimes they spark the imagination on me and sometimes not. One can participate as you choose.
