WONDERFUL art by Claudia Schoenfeld, also one of the founders of dVerse, a poets’ pub. Could not resist writing a second sevenling to conincide with this great piece of art, Urbanity. A sevenling is composed of two tercets and one final line — and includes somehow an element of three in each of the tercets.

    I have seen them around the subway here and they play beautifully too. Love that final line, city nomad, gigs of the soul.

    Nice. I think I commented on another that had street musicians in it…there is a certain should that only they have and seems lost when it makes it to the stage…perhaps too much polish before the big crowd…i love street music and buskers though….

    Buskers – oh you brought them to life. I love how they play on the streets, just going for the music although the change is nice too. You captured this so very well.

    I do love the street musician sometimes.. sometimes it seems too intrusive… but that may be just me those times (or a bad musician)

    i love listening to buskers and i just love how their music changes the atmosphere in a city…

      Had not thought of the ten “buskers” but thought immediately of the street musicians when I saw this painting and zoomed in on the details.
