it is truly wonderful to just sit, even for a few moments, and do nothing….block out all demands, all sounds, all needs. Used to do this by sitting in a tub filled with bubbles also 🙂 Much easier to sit by the ocean and let it lull you to nothingness!

I have been calling myself a serious student of ‘absolutely nothing’ lately. Experiencing it in increasing intervals. Enjoying immensely. Your sentence sums it up quite succinctly! Nicely done.
