met by thoughts and prayers.
Put my mind at ease.
Find my quiet space.
Is now the time?
Accept teleprompter words
and be tomorrow like yesterday?
Where is the movement?
The push and shove
and marching and . . .
what?
Where is our energy . . .
to demand better?
To say enough is enough
and mean it,
do it,
live it.
